Nutella Fudgsicles-Pinterest Picks
Makes about 6 pops but you can easily double this
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
The Recipe
1. Place the milk and cornstarch in a small saucepan and whisk together until the cornstarch is dissolved. Place over medium heat and add in the Nutella and cocoa. Whisk together. Let mixture cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens but not until it boils. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Let cool for about 5 minutes, stirring a few times.
2. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze for about an hour. Then remove from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer for at least 6 hours or longer until totally frozen and firm.
3. Run the mold under hot water to remove the pops and either eat immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and return to the freezer.
Enjoy!
