20 Recipes for Those Busy Nights

As a food blogger, I’m always on the hunt for that one elusive game-changing recipe—it’s the nature of the beast (lol) but as I was scrolling through the site recently, I was reminded that there are a whole slew of tried and true recipes already here, slightly forgotten about but still ever so delicious and reliable—entirely deserving of a little refreshing love, and in this busy back-to-work, back-to-school time, boy is it handy to have a go-to list that I know I can count on!

Many of these are 30 minute meals (or nearly so) or the kinds of dishes you can quickly prepare, pop in the oven and then go walk away and do the 1000 other things that seemingly have to get done before dinner, only to find that upon returning to the kitchen, dinner is 90% of the way there, just as the “hangries” have begun to strike!

All that needs be done is to toss together a simple salad, make a simple side and my friends, you are good to go!!!
