21 Recipes to Make for Spring

We made it guys!!! Spring 2021 has finally arrived!! It’s no secret that I’ve been pining away for warmer, sunnier days and even though it’s still sorta chilly, here in the Northeast, I feel SO hopeful that we’ve finally turned a corner and things are looking up!

Last year was so weird with all the shortages and fear of shopping during the early days of the pandemic that I often found myself cooking simple foods on repeat with ingredients that weren’t particularly seasonally inspired. Plus, because we weren’t having big family get-togethers, I shied away from certain large scale or celebratory dishes. I know we’re not exactly recovered but so happy that Spring 2021 is going to look a whole lot different from last year!
